Rising Stars Arabia 4 Showcases Undefeated Arab Boxers In Abu Dhabi

Mark your calendars for action as the next "Rising Stars Arabia 4" event is just around the corner. This event promises to be the most thrilling card yet, featuring Bader "The Master" Al-Dherat and the Emirati fighter, Fahad "Kid Emirati" Al Bloushi. The event will take place on Saturday, 25 May, at Space 42 Arena in Abu Dhabi. It is expected to be a career-defining moment for many talented Arab fighters as they aim to solidify their undefeated records.

Rising Stars Arabia, led by Ahmed Seddiqi, is a platform dedicated to transforming the boxing landscape. It focuses on nurturing emerging talents from the Arab region and beyond. Unlike traditional boxing promotions that highlight established fighters, Rising Stars Arabia provides opportunities for lesser-known athletes to showcase their skills on a global stage. Major broadcasting platforms like DAZN and ESPN Knockout enable these athletes to gain international recognition and success. This initiative aligns with the broader goal of changing the narrative around Arab sports and supporting regional talents to flourish.

Arab Boxing Stars Compete in Abu Dhabi

Rising Stars Arabia plays a crucial role in the sports development strategies of Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi. While Riyadh focuses on hosting high-calibre events with global superstars to boost immediate visibility, Abu Dhabi emphasizes grassroots development and long-term growth in boxing. This approach ensures continuous development of local talent and sustainable growth within the sport.

The synergy between these strategies is transforming the Middle East into a pivotal boxing nexus. The Department of Culture and Tourism supports this vision, recognizing the role of sports in promoting Abu Dhabi as a hub of excellence and driving broader economic and cultural diversification, thereby enhancing the region's stature on the international sports stage.

Bader Al-Dherat, a fast-rising 23-year-old, headlined the inaugural RSA event last September. He gained invaluable exposure fighting on pay-per-view cards like Oleksandr Usyk-Anthony Joshua II and Jake Paul-Tommy Fury. Al-Dherat's dedication to his pro boxing career led him to relocate from his native Jordan to Dubai three years ago, where he could access the facilities to grow and improve as a professional.

In the main event, Al-Dherat will put his undefeated record on the line against Orlando Mosquera, the former International Boxing Federation (IBF) super lightweight champion. Mosquera has already defeated previously unbeaten prospect Ruben Nestor Neri Munoz by a 10-round unanimous decision. This fight will be a test for Al-Dherat as he takes on a seasoned opponent.

Other exciting fights on the card include Moroccan super featherweight Moussa Gholam facing Lingjie Xia in a 10-round co-featured event. Undefeated Indian welterweight Faizan Anwar will meet Murali Erdogan in a 10-round bout. UAE super flyweight Sultan Al Nuaimi will risk his undefeated record against Muhsin Kizota. The event will also feature the UAE's most experienced pro boxer, Fahad Al Bloushi, who will be riding a 13-fight win streak into his eight-round match against Ibrahim Makubi.

The Rising Stars Arabia 4 card will also showcase other talented fighters in various weight divisions. The event will be streamed live on DAZN and ESPN Knockout, starting at 8 pm UAEST. It is promoted by AAM Seddiqi Sports and hosted in Abu Dhabi in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi. The RSA series, sanctioned by the Middle East Professional Boxing Commission and headed by Jose Mohen, highlights the emerging potential of the UAE and the MENA region as boxing hubs.

AAM Seddiqi Sports, with its 10-year experience in promoting and managing boxers in the region, has a growing stable of more than 30 gifted regional and global talents. Its events have included five world title shows, broadcast globally on ESPN, Sky Sports, and other major networks. Rising Stars Arabia 4 is set to be another exciting chapter in the journey of Arab boxing, showcasing the immense talent and potential of fighters from the region.
