Gaming Matters Dubai 2024: Dates, Agenda And Opportunities For Gamers

The Museum of the Future in Dubai is set to host the inaugural Gaming Matters Dubai event on 29-30 April 2024. This two-day forum, organized in collaboration with Branded, the Dubai Esports & Games Festival, and the Museum of the Future, marks a significant milestone in the gaming industry. It aims to gather industry leaders explore trends, technological, and the diverse gaming presents across various sectors.

Gaming Matters Dubai will serve as a platform for discussing the future of gaming in the MENA region, the convergence of gaming and esports with sports, and the latest technological advancements. The event will also delve into gaming marketing strategies, the rising female gaming demographic, and ways to attract sponsors and monetize gaming events and content. Highlighting the societal impacts of emerging technologies and new gaming genres, the event promises a comprehensive look at the gaming landscape.

Additionally, the Gaming Matters Academy, a free public forum part of the event on 29 April, aims to upskill participants through mentorship and knowledge sharing from global gaming leaders. This initiative underscores Dubai's commitment to fostering talent and innovation in the gaming industry.

The event underscores Dubai's strategic vision, as outlined in the Dubai Program for Gaming 2033, to position the city among the top global gaming cities and create 30,000 new jobs in the sector.
