Dubai Hosts The Largest Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition In GCC: GYMNASTIKA SOLO CUP 2024
Gymnasts from across the globe converged in Dubai for the GYMNASTIKA SOLO CUP 2024, making it the largest international gymnastics cup ever held in the GCC. The event, spanning from May 17 to 19, saw participation from 800 gymnasts hailing from 23 countries, attracting over 6,000 spectators to the stadium and captivating more than 10 million online viewers. The competition featured young talents alongside celebrated gymnasts like Alina Harnasko and Anastasia Salos, with participants coming from the GCC, the Americas, Russia, Asia, and including local gymnasts of Palestinian heritage.
This year's GYMNASTIKA SOLO CUP was notable for offering a prize fund of Euros 10,000, a first in the GCC for such events, sponsored by SOLO, an international brand renowned for its sportswear, shoes, and accessories tailored for rhythmic gymnastics, dance, and choreography.

The senior category saw Anna Popova taking the top spot and securing the grand prize, with Alina Harnasko and Lala Kramarenko finishing second and third, respectively. The presence of these globally recognized gymnasts added significant prestige to the event, making it a memorable occasion for both participants and spectators.
An experienced team of judges with international credentials ensured the competition's standards remained high, culminating in a breathtaking finale. The Show of Stars of World Gymnastics featured over 19 sports clubs, including showcases of artistic and aerial gymnastics, roller skating, as well as performances by professional dancers, singers, and rhythmic gymnastics Olympic stars, providing a fitting end to the festivities.
