Yudhra Box Office Collection Day 5: Siddhant Chaturvedi's Film Struggles To Meet Budget Expectations

Siddhant Chaturvedi's latest film, 'Yudhra', directed by Ravi Udwayar and produced by Excel Entertainment, marks his biggest opening as a solo male lead. The action-packed movie, featuring Malavika Mohanan in her Bollywood debut, hit theatres on 20th September 2024. Despite the initial buzz, it received mixed reviews from both fans and critics.

Featuring a cast that includes Siddhant Chaturvedi, Malavika Mohanan, Raghav Juyal, Gajraj Rao, and Ram Kapoor, 'Yudhra' had an unexpected start at the box office. Thanks to the National Cinema Day offer, it earned approximately Rs 4.5 crore on its first day. This made it Siddhant's most successful solo opening.

The weekend saw a decline in earnings for 'Yudhra'. On Saturday, it collected around Rs 1.75 crore and increased slightly to Rs 2.75 crore on Sunday. By Monday, the film's earnings dropped further to about Rs 75 lakhs. Over four days, the total estimated collection reached Rs 9.25 crore.

Despite a promising start, 'Yudhra' has struggled to maintain audience interest in cinemas. According to Sacnilk's latest report, by Tuesday afternoon (first Tuesday), the film had only managed to earn around Rs 32 lakhs. The movie is made with a substantial budget of approximately Rs 50 crores.

The film's current performance suggests it is struggling to meet its budget expectations. It is anticipated that 'Yudhra' might cross the Rs 10 crore mark either today or tomorrow.
