Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Re-Release Achieves Nearly 100% Box Office Growth Over Two Days

The re-release of the beloved film 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' has captivated audiences once again. The second day saw an impressive increase in earnings for the film. According to Sacnilk reports, the movie experienced a nearly 100% rise in collections on Saturday, bringing in Rs 2.40 crore. This brought the total nett collection for the re-release to Rs 3.60 crore over two days.

Initially, there were over 750 shows scheduled for its re-release day. Due to overwhelming demand, the number of shows doubled to approximately 1600 on the second day. This surge reflects the enduring popularity of this Dharma Productions rom-com.

The original release of 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' took place on 31st May 2013. Back then, it grossed around Rs 188 crore (nett) domestically and approximately Rs 302 crore worldwide. The film was produced with a budget of about Rs 40 crore.
