Vettaiyan Box Office Day 1 Prediction: Rajinikanth's Film Set To Earn Rs 3 Crores In Hindi Market

Rajinikanth, a legendary figure in Indian cinema, continues to captivate audiences with his latest film, Vettaiyan. Known for his iconic roles over five decades, Rajinikanth's presence on screen is always eagerly anticipated. Following his cameo in Lal Salaam, he returns to the spotlight with this action drama.

Directed by T. J. Gnanavel, Vettaiyan features Amitabh Bachchan alongside Rajinikanth. This marks their first collaboration in 33 years. The film also stars Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, and others. Both Rajinikanth and Amitabh play police officers in the movie, which has generated significant buzz and received positive audience reviews.

Vettaiyan Predicted to Earn Rs 3 Crores

There is much speculation about Vettaiyan's performance in the Hindi market. Producer and film business expert Girish Johar shared insights with Filmibeat. He said, "In the Hindi market we all know that Rajinikanth Sir is top lining the film and there is competition too. Having said that, I will be happy if the film opens anywhere to the tune of Rs 3 crores plus mark in the Hindi market."

Vettaiyan is often compared to Rajinikanth's earlier 2023 release, Jailer. While Vettaiyan is expected to start strong with Rs 3 crores at the box office, it aims to earn significantly more than Jailer's Rs 35 lakhs opening in the Hindi market.

Vettaiyan Box Office Clash

The film faces competition from Alia Bhatt's Jigra and Rajkummar Rao's Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video in the Hindi market. It remains to be seen if Vettaiyan can surpass these films at the box office.
