Vettaiyan Box Office Collection Day 12 Prediction: Rajinikanth's Film Set To Surpass Rs 4 Crores Despite Decline

Rajinikanth's latest film, Vettaiyan, has delighted fans worldwide with its release during the festive season. Directed by T.J Gnanavel, this action drama features a star-studded cast including Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, and Rana Daggubati. The film also stars Rao Ramesh, Fahadh Faasil, Ramesh Thilak, Dushara Vijayan, Abhirami, Manju Warrier, and Rithika Singh.

Amitabh Bachchan's debut in Tamil cinema is marked by Vettaiyan. This film also reunites him with Rajinikanth after more than 30 years since their last collaboration in Hum (1991). In Vettaiyan, both actors portray police officers while Rana Daggubati takes on the role of the main antagonist. The movie has generated significant buzz and received positive reviews from audiences.

During its second weekend, Vettaiyan experienced a notable increase in box office numbers within the Hindi market. As reported by Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 30 lakhs on day 11 (second Sunday), bringing its total collection to Rs 3.89 crores in this region.

The current trend suggests that Vettaiyan might see a 50% decline in earnings on day 12 (second Monday), potentially collecting Rs 15 lakhs. Despite this drop, it is anticipated that the film will surpass the Rs 4 crores mark in the Hindi market soon.

Vettaiyan OTT Release Plans

Media reports indicate that Vettaiyan is expected to be available digitally soon. The movie is likely to premiere on Prime Video next month (November). However, an official announcement regarding its OTT release is still awaited from the filmmakers.
