Aanvi Kamdar Death Reason: In a tragic incident, Mumbai-based travel influencer Aanvi Kamdar has died at 27. Reports indicate she was on a monsoon trip with friends near Mumbai. While creating an Instagram reel, she fell into a gorge and lost her life.
Aanvi Kamdar, a 27-year-old travel influencer from Mumbai, was on a monsoon trip with seven friends. On Tuesday, she slipped into a 300-foot deep gorge near the Kumbhe waterfall in Raigad while filming an Instagram reel amid heavy rains, according to PTI.

The 27-year-old Aanvi Kamdar was not only a travel influencer but also a chartered accountant. Known on Instagram as @theglocaljournal, she had amassed 263k followers. She had also worked at Deloitte in IT/Technology consulting.
Kamdar was very active on social media, frequently sharing travel videos that showcased her love for exploring new places.

According to HT, rescuers pulled Kamdar out of the gorge after six hours. "As soon as we reached the spot, we realised that the girl has fallen nearly 300-350 feet. Even after reaching her, it was difficult to get her up, as she was injured and it was raining heavily. So we decided to get her out using a vertical pulley," a rescuer told NDTV.
She sustained multiple severe injuries and was quickly taken to a nearby government hospital. Sadly, she succumbed to her injuries during treatment.
