Directed by Atsushi Nakayama at studio eightbit, the Japanese series is based on the fantasy light novel series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, written by Fuse. The series narrates the story of Satoru Mikami, a salaryman who is murdered and then reincarnated in a sword and sorcery world as a titular slime.

First premiered in January 2021, That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime enjoys a massive following across the world and was a huge hit. This was followed by the phenomenal success of September 2021. Ever since then, the audience has been eagerly waiting for the third season of this popular anime. The wait got over after the makers had unveiled the third season of That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime in April this year. So far, 11 episodes of the series have been unveiled and the audience has been looking forward to the release of the twelfth episode.

It is reported that That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime Season 3 Episode 12 titled Festival Preparations will be out on June 21, 2024 (Friday). The anime series will be available for Japanese audiences at 11 pm JST and will air on several networks including AT-X, Tokyo MX, BS NTV, Sun TV, TV Aichi, and KBS Kyoto. Besides, it will be available for international users at 3:00 pm GMT / 8:00 am PT / 11:00 am ET. It will also premiere on Crunchyroll.

Interestingly, That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime Season 3 Episode 12 will also be releasing in India on Crunchyroll simultaneously with Japanese viewers. The series will premiere on Crunchyroll in India at 7:30 PM.
