Stree 2 Surpasses Shaitaan's Total Collection, Eyes ₹300-cr Mark

Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 8 Early Prediction: Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao have returned with 'Stree 2', which has made a significant impact at the box office. Directed by Amar Kaushik, this supernatural horror-comedy premiered globally on 15th August 2024, clashing with Akshay Kumar's 'Khel Khel Mein' and John Abraham's 'Vedaa'. According to Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 43.83 crore on Saturday and Rs 55.9 crore on Sunday. By Wednesday (day 7), it collected Rs 19 crore. The total estimated collection for the first week stands at Rs 272.35 crore.

Earlier this year, Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan's supernatural horror-thriller 'Shaitaan' was a box office hit, grossing ₹211.06 crores worldwide. This means Stree 2 has already exceeded Shaitaan's lifetime earnings.

For those unaware, Shaitaan is one of the highest-grossing films of 2024.

Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 8 Early Update

The sequel shows no signs of slowing down at the box office. As per Sacnilk's latest report, Stree 2 has already earned Rs 10.44 crore today (Thursday) by 7:15 PM IST. With the current buzz, it is expected to earn between Rs 15-20 crore on Thursday (day 8). The film is likely to reach the Rs 300-crore mark by the second weekend.

The film continues to draw audiences despite facing competition from other major releases. Its strong performance in the first week sets a promising trend for its future collections.
