Stree 2 Cast, Release Date, Plot Deets & More: Nearly six years after the blockbuster 'Stree' (2018), Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao are back for the much-awaited sequel 'Stree 2'. Directed by Amar Kaushik, this supernatural horror-comedy is the fourth film in Maddock Films' horror-comedy universe following 'Stree', 'Bhediya', and 'Munjya'. This sequel reportedly centres around a local folklore involving the Sarkata Bhoot. According to Uttarakhand folklore, this spirit is believed to be that of a British officer who died during World War II. His headless ghost roams the forests of Uttarakhand seeking his lost head.

The highly anticipated film is set to release on 14th August with a special night show at 9:30 PM. Stree 2 will face competition at the box office from 'Khel Khel Mein' and 'Vedaa'.
