Stree 2 Box Office Prediction For Day 35: Rajkummar Rao's Film Approaches Rs 565 Crores

Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's film, Stree 2, has emerged as a major release in 2024. Directed by Amar Kaushik, this horror comedy is a sequel to the 2018 hit Stree. The film also features Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, Akshay Kumar, Tamannah Bhatia, and Varun Dhawan. It has received positive feedback from audiences both in India and internationally.

Stree 2 had an impressive start with an opening day collection of Rs 60.3 crores. By the second weekend, it had crossed the Rs 300 crores mark. Remarkably, it became the first film in 2024 to surpass Rs 500 crores. Now in its fifth week, it continues to perform well at the box office despite competition from new releases.

During the fifth weekend, Stree 2 experienced a notable increase in box office earnings. However, on day 33 (5th Monday), collections dropped to Rs 3 crores. The following day (5th Tuesday), it earned Rs 2.53 crores, bringing its total earnings to Rs 560.38 crores.

Based on current trends, Stree 2 is expected to earn between Rs 2-3 crores on day 35 (fifth Wednesday). This would bring its total close to Rs 565 crores. Additionally, Stree 2 is set to achieve the highest week five collections ever recorded.

Meanwhile, Rajkummar Rao is preparing for his fourth film release this year. He stars alongside Triptii Dimri in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa. This comedy-drama is scheduled for release on October 11.
