Stree 2 Surpasses 555Cr On Day 32, Setting A New Fifth Weekend Record

Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 32: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, who previously delivered a hit with Stree in 2018, have reunited for Stree 2. Directed by Amar Kaushik, this horror comedy also stars Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi, and Abhishek Banerjee. Cameos by Tamannaah Bhatia, Akshay Kumar, and Varun Dhawan add to the film's appeal. Stree 3 has been eagerly awaited by fans.

Upon its release amid significant anticipation, Stree 2 garnered rave reviews and had a stellar start at the box office. The film's opening day collection was Rs 60.3 crores, marking the highest opening day collection of the year. It continued to perform well over the opening weekend, first week, and second weekend. The movie has been breaking box office records almost daily and remains strong in its fifth week.

According to Sacnilk, Stree 2 saw a notable increase in collections during its fifth weekend. On day 31 (fifth Saturday), it earned Rs 5.4 crores, followed by Rs 7 crores on day 32 (fifth Sunday). This brought the total earnings to Rs 555.10 crores.

Interestingly, Stree 2 has set a new record for the highest day 32 collections ever with its Rs 7 crore earnings on that day. The film continues to perform exceptionally well at the box office.

Meanwhile, Rajkummar Rao is preparing for his fourth release of the year. He will star opposite Triptii Dimri in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa. This comedy-drama is scheduled to release on October 11.

The success of Stree 2 highlights the audience's continued interest in horror comedies and sets high expectations for future releases in this genre.
