Stree 2 Faces Box Office Slowdown On Day 27: Shraddha Kapoor's Film Earnings

Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 27 Early Updates: After a triumphant three-week run, Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's horror-comedy has seen a slowdown at the box office. Directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Maddock Films, the sequel premiered on 15th August 2024, competing with Akshay Kumar's Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham's Vedaa. Despite its modest budget, Stree 2 shattered box office records, emerging as the year's top-grossing film. According to Sacnilk, Stree 2 recorded its lowest single-day collection on its fourth Monday. The report indicates that the film earned around Rs 3.35 crore that day, bringing its total estimated nett collection to Rs 530.5 crore over 26 days.

The latest Sacnilk report reveals that Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's film managed to collect approximately Rs 1.31 crore today (fourth Tuesday, September 10th) by 4:45 PM. Given the current trend, it is expected to earn between Rs 3-5 crore today.

On Monday, September 9th, the movie had an overall Hindi occupancy rate of 12.88%.

The film's initial success was remarkable but maintaining this momentum has proven challenging as it approaches one month since release.

Despite facing competition from other releases and a gradual decline in daily earnings, Stree 2 remains one of the year's most successful films.
