Stree 2 Targets 535Cr Milestone On Day 27 Amid Tough Competition
Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 27 Prediction: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor have plenty to celebrate. Their latest film, Stree 2, has not only received glowing reviews but is also performing exceptionally well at the box office. Directed by Amar Kaushik, this film is the fifth installment in the Maddock Supernatural Universe, following Stree, Roohi, Bhediya, and Munjya. The movie stars Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, and Pankaj Tripathi, with cameo appearances by Varun Dhawan, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Akshay Kumar.
Stree 2 broke the dry spell at the box office with an impressive opening day collection of Rs 60.3 crores. It recorded the highest opening of 2024 and set several box office records. Despite facing competition from Akshay Kumar and Taapsee Pannu's Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham's Vedaa, Stree 2 outperformed these releases. It has also become a strong contender against Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan and Pathaan as well as Sunny Deol's Gadar 2.

The fourth weekend saw a decent increase in Stree 2's numbers. However, collections dropped sharply by over 70% on the fourth Monday. According to Sacnilk, Stree 2 earned Rs 3.25 crores on day 26 (fourth Monday), which was half of Jawan's earnings on the same day. This made it the third highest day-26 collection after Jawan (Rs 6.65 crores) and Pathaan (Rs 4.15 crores).
Based on current trends, Stree 2 is expected to see another drop in numbers today (day 27/fourth Tuesday), with an estimated earning of Rs 2-4 crores. As it approaches the Rs 535 crores mark, it remains to be seen if Stree 2 can surpass Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan lifetime collection of Rs 543.05 crores.
