Stree 2 Continues Its Steady March At The Box Office, Eyes The 500Cr Club

Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 20 Prediction: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's latest film, Stree 2, has been a box office sensation since its release. Directed by Amar Kaushik, this movie is the fifth in the Maddock Supernatural Universe, following Stree, Roohi, Bhediya, and Munjya. The film also features Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana in lead roles, with special appearances by Akshay Kumar, Varun Dhawan, and Tamannaah Bhatia.

The film achieved the highest third Sunday collection ever recorded. However, there was a significant drop of over 70% on the third Monday. According to Sacnilk, Stree 2 earned Rs 6.5 crores on day 19 (third Monday), bringing its total earnings to Rs 486.55 crores. This makes it the third highest third Monday collection after Pathaan and Baahubali 2.

Based on current trends, Stree 2 is expected to see another decline in earnings today (day 20/third Tuesday), likely bringing in Rs 5 crores. With this addition, the film is anticipated to surpass Rs 490 crores in India today. It remains to be seen if it will join the prestigious Rs 500 crores club by the end of its third week.

Meanwhile, Abhishek Banerjee has hinted at a possible third installment of the Stree series. He told Indian Express, "It will take time. Now that Stree 2 has become such a big hit, I know that it won't take six years to make it like we did with Stree 2. That's for sure. Some parts of the script are already written. It is going to be a big epic saga and as an actor I am dying to be back on that set."

As Stree 2 continues its successful run at the box office, fans eagerly await news about future installments in this popular franchise.
