Stree 2 Advance Bookings Poised To Break Records, Surpassing Fighter

Stree 2 Advance Booking Report Day 1 Update: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's Stree 2 Sarkate Ka Aatank is one of the year's biggest releases. Directed by Amar Kaushik, this sequel to the successful 2018 horror comedy Stree also features Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana. The trailer has heightened anticipation for this much-awaited film.

Interestingly, the advance booking for Stree 2 began days before its release and has received an outstanding response from audiences. Within less than a day, the horror comedy garnered Rs 1 crore, swiftly dominating ticket sales. This achievement marks the second highest advance booking collection for an opening day in 2024 so far, with expectations of setting another record today.

According to Sacnilk, Stree 2 has sold over 2.1 lakh tickets for its opening day, accumulating Rs 6.85 crores from advance bookings. Following this trend, it is poised to surpass Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone's Fighter, which earned Rs 8.4 crores from advance bookings. If these projections hold true, Stree 2 will achieve the highest advance booking collection of 2024.

Meanwhile, Stree 2 faces a box office clash with Akshay Kumar and Taapsee Pannu's Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham and Sharvari's Vedaa. The outcome of this major competition will be intriguing to watch.
