Sonakshi Sinha Wedding With Zaheer Iqbal: Bollywood stars Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal tied the knot yesterday in an intimate ceremony attended by close friends and family. The couple opted for a civil marriage, registering their wedding without traditional Hindu or Muslim rituals. A grand reception followed at Shilpa Shetty's restaurant Bastian - At The Top in Mumbai, with celebrities like Salman Khan, Rekha, Aditi Rao Hydari-Siddharth, Kajol, and Anil Kapoor in attendance.
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, who have been dating for seven years, exchanged wedding vows on Sunday. The private affair included only close friends and family members.

Sharing official pictures from their wedding in a joint Instagram post, Sonakshi Sinha wrote an emotional note. She captioned the post, "On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017) in each others eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hold on to it. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs... leading up to this moment... where with the blessings of both our families and both our gods... we are now man and wife. Here's to love, hope and all things beautiful with each other, from now until forever ❤️ Sonakshi ♾️ Zaheer 23.06.2024"

The couple twinned in white outfits for their special day. Sonakshi wore an intricately embroidered ivory saree while Zaheer complemented her in a white kurta-pyjama set.
Interestingly, Sonakshi chose to wear her mother Poonam Sinha's wedding saree instead of opting for designer brands. She also adorned matching jewellery from her mother's vintage collection.

Sonakshi styled her nine-yards with a simple matching striped blouse. She completed her look with a sleek bun adorned with a gajra.
