'Tumbbad' Makes A Grand Return To Theatres: Advance Bookings Available

Sohum Shah's 'Tumbbad' had a special screening yesterday, marking its re-release. The actor attended the event and expressed heartfelt thanks to fans for their unwavering support, which he credited for bringing the film back to theatres six years after its initial release.

Advance bookings for 'Tumbbad', set to re-release on September 13, are now open. The film originally premiered in 2018 and has since developed a substantial fan base. Sohum Shah shared a reel on social media capturing moments from the screening. His caption read, "A heartfelt thank you to each and every one who relived the magic of Tumbbad! Advance booking open now! Experience the magical world of #Tumbbad once again in cinemas from 13th September 2024."

The reel highlighted Shah's gratitude towards fans and included their reactions. 'Tumbbad' is a Hindi-language folk horror film directed by Rahi Anil Barve. Anand Gandhi served as the creative director while Adesh Prasad co-directed. The screenplay was written by Mitesh Shah, Prasad, Barve, and Gandhi. Sohum Shah produced it alongside Aanand L. Rai, Mukesh Shah, and Amita Shah.
