Sky Force Worldwide Box Office Collection Prediction: Akshay Kumar's Film Expected To Surpass Rs 30 Crores
Akshay Kumar's latest film, Sky Force, has made a significant impact at the box office. Released to coincide with Republic Day 2025, this movie is directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani. It draws inspiration from India's historic airstrike on Pakistan's Sargodha airbase during the 1965 Indo-Pakistani air war. This event marked India's first airstrike, making the film highly anticipated.
The film features a talented cast, including newcomers like Veer Pahariya, alongside Sara Ali Khan and Nimrit Kaur. Sky Force not only explores a crucial moment in India's military history but also delves into personal relationships. Akshay and Veer play Indian Air Force pilots whose friendship captivates audiences. Veer's chemistry with Sara adds to the film's appeal, creating buzz among viewers.

On its opening day, Sky Force collected Rs 2 crores overseas and achieved a worldwide total of Rs 16.7 crores, according to Sacnilk. This impressive start highlights the film's global appeal and sets the stage for further success.
Based on current trends, Sky Force is expected to surpass an overseas collection of Rs 5 crores on its second day. The total worldwide collection is projected to reach Rs 30 crores, indicating strong audience interest and continued box office success.
Discussing Sky Force, Akshay shared with HT City: "Everyone declared him (Sqd. Ldr. A.B. Devaiah) a traitor and 23 saal tak kisi ko nahi pata tha that actually he was a hero. The character I play, Wing Commander K.O. Ahuja, based on Group Captain O.P Taneja, is senior to the character Veer plays in the film - T. Vijaya, based on Sqd. Ldr. Devaiah. Aap log vishwas karenge ki 23 saal baad inke parivar ko sarkaar ne maha vir chakra diya? The whole film is not only about war, it is also about what happens to the family and the children left behind".
The music and trailers have heightened excitement for Sky Force globally, not just in India. The film's portrayal of historical events combined with personal stories resonates with audiences worldwide.
