Sky Force Box Office Collection Day 4 Prediction: Akshay Kumar's Film Anticipates First Earnings Drop

Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya have teamed up for the first time in "Sky Force," directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani. The film, featuring Akshay and Veer as Indian Air Force officers, has captured the audience's attention with their on-screen chemistry. Also starring Nimrat Kaur, Sara Ali Khan, and Sharad Kelkar, the movie is inspired by India's first airstrike during the 1965 Indo-Pakistani war.

The film marks Veer Pahariya's debut in Bollywood, and his performance alongside Sara Ali Khan has been well-received. "Sky Force" opened to positive reviews from both audiences and critics. It had a strong start at the box office, collecting Rs 12.25 crores on its first day and maintaining momentum since then.

During its opening weekend, "Sky Force" saw an upward trend in box office earnings. According to Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 22 crores on its second day (Saturday) and increased to Rs 27.5 crores on its third day (Sunday). This brought the total earnings to Rs 61.75 crores.

Based on current trends, "Sky Force" is anticipated to experience its first decline in earnings today (day 4/first Monday). The film is projected to earn between Rs 10-15 crores today, potentially surpassing the Rs 70 crores mark overall.

Discussing "Sky Force," Akshay Kumar shared with HT City: "Everyone declared him (Sqd. Ldr. A.B. Devaiah) a traitor and 23 saal tak kisi ko nahi pata tha that actually he was a hero. The character I play, Wing Commander K.O. Ahuja, based on Group Captain O.P Taneja, is senior to the character Veer plays in the film - T. Vijaya, based on Sqd. Ldr. Devaiah. Aap log vishwas karenge ki 23 saal baad inke parivar ko sarkaar ne maha vir chakra diya? The whole film is not only about war, it is also about what happens to the family and the children left behind."
