As 2025 unfolds, Bollywood has already seen the release of four notable films: Sky Force, Azaaad, Emergency, and Game Changer. Among these, Sky Force, featuring Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya, stands out with positive reviews and impressive box office earnings. On its debut day, it collected Rs. 12.25 Crore. By Saturday evening, it surpassed this figure, earning Rs. 15.01 Crore on its second day.
On its second day, Sky Force achieved a remarkable afternoon occupancy of 33.34% and an evening occupancy of 39.23%. This performance marks the highest Day 2 occupancy for any film released in 2025 so far. In comparison, Emergency had an afternoon occupancy of 17.15% and an evening occupancy of 26.86%. Azaad recorded lower figures with 9.22% in the afternoon and 9.30% in the evening.

Game Changer's Hindi version saw a similar trend with a 17.40% afternoon occupancy and a 25.36% evening occupancy on its second day. These statistics highlight Sky Force's strong audience pull compared to other releases this year.
Sky Force's overall Hindi occupancy on Saturday stood at 32.03%. With the day not yet over, there is potential for this figure to increase further.
The film stars Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya alongside Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur. It is inspired by the real events of the Sargodha airbase attack during the Indo-Pakistani air war in 1965.
