Sidharth Malhotra Advises Caution After Fan Loses ₹50 Lakhs In Scam
Sidharth Malhotra On Fan Page Duping In His Name: Sidharth Malhotra has a vast fan following and numerous fan clubs. Unfortunately, one of these pages recently deceived someone out of Rs. 50 Lakhs. The victim shared their experience on X, prompting a response from the actor.
On Wednesday, Sidharth Malhotra addressed the issue on Instagram. He wrote, "It has been brought to my attention that certain fraudulent activities/scams have been circulating on various social media platforms, allegedly claiming to be associated with or in relation to me, my family and people claiming to be my fans and seeking money."

"I want to assure everyone reading this that neither I nor my family or team support any of this. I urge all of you to exercise caution when dealing with such matters. If you receive any suspicious requests, report them to the appropriate authorities and avoid spreading false information," he added.
Sidharth concluded saying, "My fans have always been my biggest strength and your trust and safety are my top priorities."
Sidharth's statement followed an X user named Minoo sharing their ordeal online. Minoo tagged Sidharth in a post stating, "Dear @sidmalhotra & all Sidians, My name is Minoo Vasudevan from USA. There is a serious incident you all should know about admins Aliza & Husna Parveen, @sidmalhotra.updates. Between October 2023 to December 2023, they stole 50 lakhs from me. Between October 18th-24th 2023, they stole 10.5K rupees from my friend in UK, Maariya."
The post further claimed that the actor's life was purportedly 'in danger' due to his wife, Kiara Advani. The fan page alleged she "threatened to kill his family after he rejected her sexual advances during Shershaah". Additionally, names like Karan Johar, Shashank Khaitan, Apoorva Mehta and Manish Malhotra were mentioned as part of the scam narrative.

The victim claimed they were urged to save the actor after his bank accounts were allegedly taken over by Kiara Advani.
