In a recent interview, Kirti expressed her apprehension about handling a gun during filming. "My biggest fear while I was doing it was that 'I hope at least I can look comfortable with a gun in my hand'." She also detailed how she managed the action scenes without prior workshops or preparations. "I went on the set, they made me rehearse, they choreographed the action scene. I was also in my element, so I was like, let me not crib about it that I did not have enough time to practice. Let me do what I can."

The show features Kay Kay Menon, Ranvir Shorey, Rasika Dugal, and Kirti Kulhari in significant roles. Directed by Srijit Mukherjee and Rohan Sippy and produced by BBC Studios, Shekhar Home is inspired by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's works which are now public domain. The series will premiere on JioCinema Premium on 14th August.

Discussing her decision to join Shekhar Home, Kirti mentioned that it offered something different from her past projects. "This was something new as compared to my previous work. It's also a very good mix of Detective Genre and Humour, a rare but interesting combination."
