Shalini Pandey Reflects On Challenges Faced While Shooting Charan Seva Scene In 'Maharaj'

Shalini Pandey has gained recognition as a talented actress in Indian cinema. This year, her role as Kishori in Junaid Khan's film 'Maharaj' received praise. The film included a notable scene where Shalini's character had an intense interaction with Jaideep Ahlawat's character, Maharaj Jadunath Brijratan. In a recent interview, Shalini discussed the challenges she faced while filming this significant 'Charan Seva' scene.

Reflecting on the experience, Shalini mentioned, "Now that I think of it, nothing was going in my head." She added, "We had done a few scenes before that. I was trying to be true to my character. So, I don't think I overthought it, to be honest."

The coming year holds promise for Shalini with several new projects lined up. She is set to appear in 'Dabba Cartel' and 'Bandwaale'. Additionally, she will feature in 'Idli Kadai', which is slated for a theatrical release on April 10th, 2025.

Shalini further elaborated on her experience by saying, "As soon as I did it is when I realized it's very awkward. As soon as I took a break and I got out, I realized what the character went through. When I did it, it dawned on me like, 'What had happened!'. And this was reality. This happened. It might be still happening somewhere. All of this just happened, and everything was really overwhelming. So, it took me time after that to process it. But before that, I think I was just doing it," she said.
