Sarfira Box Office Day 4: Akshay's Film Faces Major Dip Against Kalki 2898 AD

Sarfira Box Office Collection Day 4 Prediction: Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan have teamed up for the first time in Sudha Kongara's Sarfira, generating significant excitement among fans. This film, a remake of the Tamil hit Sorarai Pottru starring Suriya, also features Paresh Rawal and Seema Biswas. The movie received mixed reviews upon release.

The chemistry between Akshay and Radhika has been well-received, and the film's inspiring storyline has resonated with audiences. Despite the initial buzz, Sarfira had a slow start at the box office, earning Rs 2.5 crores on its opening day. However, it saw a 70% increase in collections on the second day, bringing in Rs 4.25 crores.

According to Sacnilk, Sarfira continued to grow on its third day, with early estimates indicating it earned Rs 5.1 crores on the first Sunday. This brought the total collection to Rs 11.85 crores. Based on these trends, Sarfira is expected to see its first decline today (day 4/first Monday), likely earning between Rs 2-3 crores and approaching the Rs 15 crores mark.

Competition from Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD, featuring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, has impacted Sarfira's box office performance. Kalki 2898 AD has overshadowed Akshay's film, making it challenging for Sarfira to maintain its momentum.

Akshay Kumar expressed his gratitude for being part of Sarfira, stating, "This is my 150th film and it is my best film. I am very thankful to Sudha for giving me this film and the opportunity to be in it." He also praised Radhika Madan's performance: "This is the best performance I have ever seen. I don't know what you all think about her. She is not Maharashtrian, but she has acted like one."

He further added that Radhika's dedication was evident as she took classes to learn Marathi for her role: "She is very well-spoken. Her language was very good and she has gone through whole classes to learn how to speak Marathi and what to say."
