Saksham Kapoor Advocates For Disconnecting From Technology In New Film Zindagi Milegi Dobara

In today's tech-driven era, digital interactions often eclipse the simplicity of real-life connections and personal well-being. The constant presence of technology can overshadow our natural surroundings.

Saksham Kapoor, a budding actor, is making his debut in the short film "Zindagi Milegi Dobara." This film delves into the adverse effects of excessive technology use. Coming from a family with a medical background, Saksham understands how digital addiction can harm both physical and mental health, especially among youth.

Saksham Kapoor on Disconnecting from Technology

Saksham's portrayal in "Zindagi Milegi Dobara" strikes a chord with young audiences who might be engrossed in smartphones or social media. His character reflects many individuals today who are overwhelmed by technology's allure.

"Zindagi Milegi Dobara highlights these dangers. My character, like many in today's fast-paced digital world, becomes consumed by technology. The film carefully explores the consequences of this lifestyle, reminding us all of the risks of losing touch with the real world. I'm glad a meaningful project like this came my way," says Saksham.

Currently pursuing a B.Com Honours degree while studying Theatre, Saksham has always been passionate about acting. Despite his father's medical profession, he is drawn to creative pursuits.

"Although my father is a doctor, I've always wanted to pursue a creative field. Once I finish my studies, I plan to take on more acting roles. Everyone who has seen the film has appreciated my performance," he shares.

When asked about his own experiences with technology addiction, Saksham openly admits to getting caught up in Instagram reels but stresses the importance of prioritising his studies. He hopes the film inspires others to disconnect and appreciate their surroundings.

"I, too, get caught up in Instagram reels, but I also have my studies to focus on. I make sure I prioritize what's most important to me. I hope this film encourages people to disconnect, look up, and rediscover the beauty of the world around us."
