This luxurious six-storey residence, named after Ranbir's grandmother, has been under construction for nearly two years. The couple, along with Neetu Kapoor and their daughter Raha, frequently visited the site during its development.
The exterior of this lavish home in Palli Hill features a grey-and-white colour scheme with elegant white railings. Reports suggest that the family may move into their new house around Diwali or Christmas this year.

The cost of the Krishna Raj Bungalow is reportedly over Rs 250 crores. Initially, there were plans to register the house in their daughter Raha's name. Neetu Kapoor is expected to co-own the property with her granddaughter.
