This luxurious six-storey residence, named after Ranbir's grandmother, has been under construction for nearly two years. The cost of the Krishna Raj Bungalow is reportedly over Rs 250 crores. Initially, there were plans to register the house in their daughter Raha's name. Neetu Kapoor is expected to co-own the property with her granddaughter.
