Rajkummar Rao's 'Srikanth' Faces Box Office Dip Ahead Of 'Mr. & Mrs. Mahi' Release
Srikanth Box Office Collection Day 21: Rajkummar Rao is experiencing a successful phase with two consecutive movie releases. Following his impactful portrayal of industrialist Srikanth Bolla in 'Srikanth', the National Award-winning actor is set to captivate audiences as an aspiring cricketer in 'Mr. & Mrs. Mahi', releasing this Friday. The biographical drama 'Srikanth', which premiered on 10th May, received mostly positive reviews from both audiences and critics. The film clashed with Wes Ball's Hollywood sci-fi action-adventure, 'Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes'. However, 'Srikanth' saw a decline in box office numbers just before the release of 'Mr. & Mrs. Mahi'.
Directed by Tushar Hiranandani and produced by T-Series and Chalk N Cheese Films Production, 'Srikanth' is based on the real-life story of visually impaired Srikanth Bolla, who overcame significant challenges to become a successful CEO.

Starring Rajkummar Rao, the film also features Alaya F, Jyotika, and Sharad Kelkar in significant roles.
The Rajkummar Rao starrer had a decent opening in cinemas, earning Rs 3.41 crore on its first day and gaining momentum over its opening weekend due to positive word-of-mouth. The film collected Rs 18.04 crore in its first week and Rs 32.02 crore in its second week, according to T-Series.
According to a recent report by Sacnilk, 'Srikanth' saw a decline on the last day of its third week, collecting around Rs 80 lakhs (early estimates) on the third Thursday. The total 21-day collection is now estimated to be around Rs 41.22 crore (rough data).
