Mr And Mrs Mahi Day 12: Rajkummar Rao, Janhvi Kapoor's Film Crosses 30Cr

Mr and Mrs Mahi Box Office Collection Day 12: Janhvi Kapoor, who debuted with the 2018 release Dhadak, has successfully established herself in the industry. Known for her performances in movies like Mili and Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, Janhvi is now making headlines for her recent release. Directed by Sharan Sharma, Mr and Mrs Mahi also features Rajkummar Rao in a sports romantic drama.

Mr and Mrs Mahi marks Janhvi's second collaboration with Rajkummar and Sharan Sharma after Roohi and Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. The film narrates the story of a couple and their love for cricket. Despite opening to positive reviews and earning Rs 6.75 crores on its release day, the movie struggled during the opening weekend and the first week. Even with positive word of mouth, it failed to see a significant increase in numbers during the second weekend.

The sports romantic drama saw a notable drop in numbers during the second week, struggling to make Rs 1 crore in a single day. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Mr and Mrs Mahi collected Rs 85 lakhs on day 11 (second Monday) and Rs 90 lakhs on day 12 (second Tuesday), bringing the overall collections to Rs 31.60 crores.

This Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor starrer is facing tough competition from Sharvari and Abhay Verma's Munjya. With Kartik Aaryan's Chandu Champion hitting the screens this Friday, it remains to be seen how Mr and Mrs Mahi will fare at the box office.
