Pushpa 2 Hindi Box Office Collection Update: Allu Arjun's Film Sees Slight Dip Post-Sankranti
Allu Arjun's film 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is gearing up for its seventh week in cinemas. The movie will re-release with an additional 30 minutes tomorrow, January 17. Despite a slight dip in the Hindi-speaking regions after the Makar Sankranti holiday, the film has maintained a strong presence. Originally set for January 11, the release was postponed to this new date.
The action-packed sequel, directed by Sukumar and featuring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, has become one of India's top-grossing films. It achieved significant success not only in southern India but also captivated audiences in the Hindi belt.

Despite facing some slowdown recently, 'Pushpa 2' continues to challenge other major releases at the box office. The film has consistently drawn large crowds since its release. According to Sacnilk, it earned Rs 804.5 crore over 41 days until Tuesday.
The Sankranti holiday provided a much-needed boost to its earnings. As reported by Pinkvilla, on Wednesday, January 15, the film saw a slight decline in revenue, netting around Rs 60 lakhs. This brought its total collection to approximately Rs 805.1 crore. Across all languages, it has grossed about Rs 1224 crore.
'Pushpa 2' was produced with an estimated budget ranging from Rs 400-500 crore. It has made history at the box office with its impressive earnings. Reports suggest that Netflix has secured the digital rights for streaming after its theatrical run, although no official streaming date has been announced yet.
The film's remarkable performance highlights its widespread appeal across different regions and languages. As it continues to draw audiences into theatres, fans eagerly await further updates on its digital release.
