Pushpa 2 Sets New Records At The Hindi Box Office With Massive Surge On Day 17

Sukumar's film Pushpa 2, featuring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, has been a box office sensation since its release. The Hindi version of the movie achieved a significant milestone on its third Saturday by setting a new record. On that day, Pushpa 2 crossed the 1000 crore mark and was expected to reach 1100 crore by Sunday.

On Day 17, Pushpa 2 collected Rs. 25 Crore in total. The Hindi version alone contributed Rs. 20 Crore, while Telugu brought in Rs. 4.35 Crore, Tamil Rs. 0.55 Crore, Kannada Rs. 0.08 Crore, and Malayalam Rs. 0.02 Crore. This impressive performance led to several records being broken for the Hindi version on this day.

Pushpa 2 became the highest-grossing Hindi movie on Day 17 and also set the record for the highest collection on a third Saturday. Additionally, it became the fastest film to surpass the 650 crore mark.

Pushpa 2 Box Office Collection Details

By Day 17, Pushpa 2 had amassed an India net total of Rs. 1029.9 Crore. The breakdown includes Rs. 302.35 Crore from Telugu, Rs. 652.9 Crore from Hindi, Rs. 53.4 Crore from Tamil, Rs. 7.24 Crore from Kannada, and Rs. 14.01 Crore from Malayalam collections.

The film saw an overall box office surge of 74.83%. Directed by Sukumar and produced under Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings by Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar, Pushpa 2 stars Rashmika Mandanna and Allu Arjun as leads with Fahadh Faasil playing Inspector Shekhawat.
