Pushpa 2 Box Office Collection Day 6: Allu Arjun's Film Sets New Records Against Gadar 2 And Jawan

Allu Arjun is currently enjoying a wave of success with his latest film, Pushpa 2: The Rule. This movie marks his return to cinema after a three-year hiatus and has been performing exceptionally well at the box office. Co-starring Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, Pushpa 2 is directed by Sukumar and serves as a sequel to the 2021 hit, Pushpa: The Rise.

The action-packed drama was released across India in multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada. It received enthusiastic reviews from audiences nationwide. In the Hindi market alone, Pushpa 2 has set numerous records within its first week of release. These include becoming the highest opener and achieving the highest weekend collection.

Despite an impressive opening weekend, Pushpa 2 experienced a drop in collections on its first Monday. However, it maintained a strong presence at the box office. According to Sacnilk's report, the film earned Rs 46.4 crores on day five in the Hindi market. On day six, it collected Rs 38 crores, bringing its total earnings to Rs 370.1 crores.

Pushpa 2 has achieved remarkable milestones by becoming the fastest film to surpass Rs 350 crores in the Hindi market. It also broke records for day six collections by outperforming Gadar 2's Rs 32.37 crores on that day. Additionally, it surpassed Jawan's six-day total of Rs 306.58 crores with a significant margin.

During a promotional event, Allu Arjun shared his thoughts on Pushpa 2 transcending language barriers: "Doing a Hindi film was such a huge thing even to aspire for. We used to have that thing that, 'Maybe in our lifetime we will do one Hindi film'. It was that far away for us to do the Hindi film. So from that mindset to coming to this stage and standing here is a very big thing for me".
