Pushpa 2 Box Office Collection Surpasses Jawan's Lifetime Earnings With Rs 652.9 Crores
Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna have reunited for Pushpa 2: The Rule, an action-packed drama directed by Sukumar. This film has taken the box office by storm, becoming one of the year's most significant releases. Featuring Fahadh Faasil as the main antagonist, Pushpa 2 has captured attention globally, from its star-studded cast to its trailer and songs.
Pushpa 2: The Rule was released in multiple languages, including Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. It achieved the highest opening in the Hindi market and is competing fiercely with major blockbusters like Jawan, Pathaan, Baahubali 2, KGF Chapter 2, and Stree 2. As it enters its third weekend, the film continues to perform well in the Hindi market.

Remarkably, Pushpa 2 has set a new record by becoming the highest-grossing film after surpassing Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan. The lifetime collection of Jawan stood at Rs 640.25 crores, which Pushpa 2 has now exceeded.
The weekdays saw a decline in Pushpa 2's collections; however, there was a slight increase over the weekend. According to Sacnilk's report, on day 16 (third Friday), it earned Rs 11.3 crores. On day 17 (third Saturday), collections rose to Rs 20 crores, bringing its total earnings to Rs 652.9 crores.
During a promotional event, Allu Arjun expressed his thoughts on Pushpa 2 breaking language barriers: "Doing a Hindi film was such a huge thing even to aspire for. We used to have that thing that, 'Maybe in our lifetime we will do one Hindi film'. It was that far away for us to do the Hindi film. So from that mindset to coming to this stage and standing here is a very big thing for me".
Pushpa 2 continues to captivate audiences worldwide with its compelling storyline and performances. Its success across different languages highlights its universal appeal and strong hold at the box office.
