Munjya's Box Office Run Surpasses Chandu Champion, Eyes 65Cr Milestone
Munjya Box Office Collection Day 13 Prediction: Abhay Verma, who debuted on the big screen with Munjya, is making headlines. His recent horror comedy release is performing exceptionally well at the box office. Munjya, the fourth film in the Maddock Supernatural Universe following Stree, Roohi, and Bhediya, is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and inspired by Indian folklore.
Featuring Sharvari, Mona Singh, Sathyaraj, Suhasini Joshi, and Taranjot Singh, Munjya received positive reviews from both audiences and critics. Fans have praised the spooky storyline and impressive VFX work, as well as the performances of Abhay, Sharvari, and Mona. The film opened amid significant buzz, collecting Rs 4 crores on its first day and experiencing a substantial increase over the opening weekend. Munjya continued to perform well during its first week at the box office.

Despite facing competition from Kartik Aaryan's Chandu Champion, Munjya remained strong and saw a notable increase in collections during its second weekend, surpassing the Rs 50 crore mark. Although there was a dip in numbers on the second Monday, the film maintained a solid hold at the box office. According to Sacnilk, Munjya earned Rs 5.25 crores on day 11 (second Monday) and Rs 3.40 crores on day 12 (second Tuesday), bringing its total collection to Rs 62.45 crores. Based on current trends, Munjya is expected to earn between Rs 2.5-3 crores today (day 13/second Wednesday), approaching the Rs 65 crore mark.
Discussing her role in Munjya with ETimes, Sharvari said, "My character is a modern girl who wants to achieve her dreams and prioritises them before everything else, which I think we all do nowadays. Many girls will relate to my character. Her dating life is also quite confusing; many girls will relate to that too. A very beautifully written character."
