Munjya Box Office Collection Day 5: Film To Cross 25 Cr Despite Challenges

Munjya Box Office Collection Day 5 Prediction: Following the success of Stree, Roohi, and Bhediya, Maddock Films returns with Munjya, the fourth film in the Maddock Supernatural Universe. Starring Sharvari, Abhay Verma, Mona Singh, Suhas Joshi, and Sathyaraj, Munjya is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar. This film marks Sharvari's second appearance after Bunty Aur Babli 2 and Aditya's debut as a director on the big screen.

Inspired by Indian folklore, Munjya intrigued audiences with its teaser and trailer. The film received positive reviews and started strong at the box office, earning Rs 4 crores on its opening day. Over the opening weekend, it accumulated over Rs 19 crores.

Despite a dip on its first Monday, Munjya maintained a solid performance at the box office. According to Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 8 crores on its first Sunday (day 3) but saw a drop to Rs 3.75 crores on its first Monday (day 4), bringing its total collection to Rs 23 crores. Projections suggest that Munjya will earn between Rs 2.5-3 crores on its first Tuesday (day 5), crossing the Rs 25 crore mark.

Munjya faces competition from Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's Mr and Mrs Mahi. Additionally, Kartik Aaryan's Chandu Champion is set to release this Friday, adding to the competitive landscape.

Discussing her role in Munjya, Sharvari told ETimes, "My character is a modern girl who prioritises her dreams above everything else. Many girls will relate to her ambitions and her confusing dating life. It's a beautifully written character."
