Munjya's Box Office Journey: Day 3 Predictions Highlight Strong Performance

Munjya Box Office Collection Day 3 Prediction: Fans of Bollywood horror comedies such as Stree, Roohi, and Bhediya have been eagerly awaiting the release of Munjya. This film marks another collaboration between Dinesh Vijay and Amar Kaushik. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, Munjya is the fourth instalment in the Maddock Supernatural Universe and draws inspiration from Indian folklore.

Featuring Sharvari and Abhay Verma in lead roles, Munjya also stars Mona Singh, Suhas Joshi, and Sathyaraj. The film has garnered significant attention and opened to positive reviews. It became Sharvari's highest opener with an opening day collection of Rs 4 crores. The positive word of mouth has contributed to its strong performance at the box office, with an 80% increase in collections on the second day.

According to a report by Sacnilk, Munjya earned Rs 7.25 crores on its second day (first Saturday), bringing its total collection to Rs 11.25 crores. The trend suggests that Munjya will continue to perform well on its third day (first Sunday), with expected earnings between Rs 8-10 crores. This would bring the weekend total close to Rs 20 crores. Despite facing competition from Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor's Mr and Mrs Mah, Munjya is expected to hold its ground at the box office.

Sharvari spoke to ETimes about her character in Munjya, describing her as a modern girl focused on achieving her dreams. "My character is a modern girl who wants to achieve her dreams and prioritises them before everything else, which I think we all do nowadays. Many girls will relate to my character. Her dating life is also quite confusing; many girls will relate to that too. A very beautifully written character," she said.
