As fans rave about the film, it is reported that Mr and Mrs Mahi is likely to make an opening day collection of Rs 5-7 crores. "The 50 per cent cost of the film was spent on the VFX. And that's a big number. That's the conviction or the importance of the VFX ... We created a creature from CGI and VFX space which came from a lot of research and development and back and forth in trying to get it right," said director Aditya Sarpotdar to PTI.
