Mr and Mrs Mahi Box Office Collection Day 4: Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor have become the new most talked about onscreen couple. After their 2021 horror comedy Roohi, the duo has reunited for Mr and Mrs Mahi, receiving praise for their chemistry. Directed by Sharan Sharma, the film centres on a couple obsessed with cricket.

The movie generated significant buzz and opened to positive reviews. Many have called it Rajkummar and Janhvi's best performances. Mr and Mrs Mahi had a decent start at the box office, collecting Rs 6.75 crores, making it their second highest opener after Stree and Dhadak respectively. However, the film saw a notable dip of over 60% in collections during its opening weekend.

According to Sacnilk, Mr and Mrs Mahi earned Rs 5.5 crores on Sunday (day 3) and Rs 2.15 crores on Monday (day 4), bringing the total collection to Rs 19 crores. If these figures hold true, the film failed to surpass Janhvi's debut film Dhadak's first Monday collection of Rs 5.52 crores. The coming days will reveal how Mr and Mrs Mahi performs at the box office.

Discussing his character in Mr and Mrs Mahi, Rajkummar said, "My character's name is Mahendra. He is a failed cricketer who had a lot of passion for the game but couldn't pursue it due to peer and family pressure. He follows his father's path and marries Mahima. He lives his dream through her as she plays cricket, deciding to train her while she is also a doctor."
