Marco Box Office Collection Day 23: Unni Mukundan's Film Sees Growth In Hindi Market
Unni Mukundan's Malayalam action film, "Marco," has captivated Hindi-speaking audiences since its release on 20th December 2024. Directed by Haneef Adeni, this movie is a spinoff of the 2019 film "Michael." As it enters its fourth Sunday, the film continues to perform well in Hindi-speaking regions despite competition from other major releases.
Featuring Unni Mukundan and Yukti Thareja, along with Kabir Duhan Singh, Jagadish, and Sudev Nair, "Marco" competes strongly against films like "Pushpa 2" and "Game Changer." Despite initial challenges in the Hindi market, the film has gained momentum over time.

The Hindi version of "Marco" saw a significant increase in box office numbers on its fourth Saturday. According to KS Box Office updates, the film earned approximately Rs 40 lakhs on day 23 (11th January), bringing its total estimated nett collection to Rs 11.43 crores. By the end of the fifth weekend, it is expected to surpass Rs 11.50 crores.
In total, across all languages, "Marco" has grossed around Rs 58.05 crores in 23 days as reported by Sacnilk. The film's performance improved notably after a slow start in the Hindi belt during its first week.
With a budget of Rs 30 crores, "Marco" has already recouped its production costs through box office earnings. The storyline revolves around a gangster and Kerala's gold mafia controlled by the powerful Adattu family.
