Marco Box Office Collection Day 17 Prediction: Unni Mukundan’s Film Expected To Near Rs 9 Crores
The film "Marco," featuring Unni Mukundan, has made waves since its release. Directed by Haneef Adeni, this action thriller has captivated audiences with its gripping plot and stellar performances. The movie, which also stars Siddique, Jagadish, Abhimanyu S Thilakan, Kabir Duhan Singh, Anson Paul, and Yukti Tareja, premiered on December 20, 2024. Its engaging storyline and intense action have been widely praised.
Marco's reach expanded significantly when it was dubbed in Hindi. This strategic move allowed the film to connect with a broader audience in the Hindi-speaking regions. The decision to dub the movie was driven by the increasing demand for quality content across different languages. Interestingly, the third weekend saw a notable increase in box office numbers.

During the third week, Marco experienced a resurgence at the box office after a decline in its second week. According to Sacnilk's report, Marco earned Rs 85 lakhs on day 15 (third Friday). This was followed by a collection of Rs 1.25 crores on day 16 (third Saturday) in the Hindi market. These earnings brought the total collections to Rs 7.03 crores.
The trend suggests that Marco will continue its upward trajectory today on day 17 (third Sunday). The film is anticipated to earn between Rs 1.5-2 crores in the Hindi market today. With these figures, it is expected to approach the Rs 9 crores mark at the box office.
In an interview with Red FM Malayalam, producer Shareef Muhammed addressed concerns about violence in Marco. He stated, "The Censor team has not fully cut down the violence. They have only reduced the brutality. All violent scenes will have a varying range of brutality. And whenever the brutality was high, the Censor Board recommended to reduce it. It was more brutal, in some scenes. But that the Censor cut as it is against their rules".
