Loveyapa Censor Review: Did Junaid Khan And Khushi Kapoor's Film Impress The Panel?

Aamir Khan's son, Junaid Khan, and Sridevi's daughter, Khushi Kapoor, are set to make their big-screen debut in the Bollywood romantic comedy-drama 'Loveyapa'. Directed by Advait Chandan, this film marks a significant milestone for both actors. Previously, Khushi appeared in Zoya Akhtar's Netflix film 'The Archies', while Junaid debuted with YRF's 'Maharaja', which premiered digitally on the same platform.

With just over a week until its release, 'Loveyapa' has yet to create a buzz. Despite the songs, trailer, and title track being out, interest remains low. However, the censor board review suggests the film might surprise audiences. The panel appears impressed by both the performances and storyline.

A Twitter account named 'Cine Hub' shared insights about the censor board's reaction to 'Loveyapa'. According to them, "Hearing GOOD THINGS from the CENSOR BOARD SCREENING of #Loveyapa ???????? The STORY and the PERFORMANCES have impressed the PANEL! Will be exciting to see how the Audience reacts to #JunaidKhan's film! ???? (sic)".

'Loveyapa' is not an original story but a Hindi adaptation of the 2022 Tamil movie 'Love Today'. The original featured Pradeep Ranganathan and Ivana in lead roles. This remake aims to capture the essence of its predecessor while appealing to a broader audience.
