Lampan Triumphs As Best Web Series At The 55th International Film Festival Of India

The Marathi original series Lampan, available on Sony LIV, has achieved a significant milestone by securing the Best Web Series (OTT) award at the 55th International Film Festival of India (IFFI). This recognition highlights the show's impact and success in the realm of digital storytelling.

Each episode of Lampan invites viewers to relive cherished memories, highlighting life's simple joys and love's enduring strength. The series is based on Prakash Narayan Sant's novel Vanwas and features Geetanjali Kulkarni as Aaji, Chandrakant Kulkarni as Ajoba, Mihir Godbole as Lampan, Kadambari Kadam as Aai, Pushkaraj Chirputkar as Baba, and Avani Bhave as Sumi. It is produced by Shrirang Godbole, Hrishikesh Deshpande, Amit Patwardhan, and Chintamani Vartak under the direction of Nipun Dharmadhikari.
