Kunj Anand Shares His Weight Loss Journey: Secrets Behind Dropping 30kg
Kunj Anand's journey from 100 kgs to 70 kgs has turned him into a fitness inspiration. He shares his transformation secrets, saying, "I started my transformation journey, weighing over 100 kgs. Over the years, I've worked out, experimented with various diets, and learned what works best for me".
Kunj Anand is an actor and writer known for his roles in "Your Honor" and "Dark 7 White." He gained significant attention for his performance in "Haseen Dillruba," which aired in 2021 alongside Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey. Recently, he has been making headlines for his involvement in the Videocam Scam.

Previously, Kunj had to leave photography to focus on acting. He shared, "I worked as a photographer's assistant to get a grasp of lighting and posing in front of the camera. It was more about learning the ropes of the industry and understanding the technical side of things. I used to earn around ₹5,000 a month, which was more like pocket money. But I knew that this was just a stepping stone."
Embracing Excess Fat as Energy
Kunj believes that excess body fat can be an energy source during the initial phases of transformation. He stated, "I've learned that excessive fat on the body is a great source of energy that can be utilized during the initial phases of transformation. Never be ashamed of it; use it to fuel your journey".
Taking Your Time
He advises against rushing the fitness process. "The benefits of getting fit are endless, so don't rush the process," he added.
Sticking to Basics
Kunj recommends starting with basic workouts and gradually increasing their complexity. He commented, "Stick to the basics and gradually increase the complexity of your workout. Make sure it remains enjoyable, as that's what will keep you motivated."
Balanced Diets
A balanced diet is crucial according to Kunj. He says, "Diets shouldn't require a cheat day. Focus on making your average diet palatable, incorporating fruits, nuts, vegetables - a mix of cooked and raw. This will help you maintain a balanced lifestyle".
Intermittent Fasting
Kunj also advocates for intermittent fasting. "Intermittent fasting works wonders. Give it a try, and see what works best for your body," he concluded.
