Krish, Trish, And Baltiboy Season 2 Launches With Historic Cross-Platform Promotions Across Multiple Media

The second season of "Krish, Trish, and Baltiboy: Bharat Hain Hum" is making waves with its unique cross-platform promotion strategy. This animated series, known for showcasing India's lesser-known freedom fighters, is now reaching audiences through radio, satellite, and OTT platforms. This innovative approach aims to expand the series' reach significantly.

Season 2 was officially launched at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. The event was attended by superstar Nagarjuna. This season continues to highlight unsung heroes like Taji Dele and Ponge Dele from Arunachal Pradesh, Wazir Ram Singh Pathania from Himachal Pradesh, and Birsa Munda from Jharkhand.

Krish, Trish, and Baltiboy Season 2 Launches

The new season premiered on Doordarshan, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video in 12 Indian languages such as Hindi and Tamil, as well as seven international languages including French and German. This wide language availability allows the series to be accessible in over 150 countries worldwide.

In a first for Indian animation, the series has also been adapted into a radio format on All India Radio (AIR). The radio episodes air in 12 languages every Sunday at 10:30 AM. This timing is strategically set just before the animated version airs on Doordarshan at 11 AM, allowing audiences to seamlessly transition between platforms.

A podcast featuring episodes from the series will be available on Spotify across 180 countries. This podcast not only promotes the show but also encourages listeners to watch it on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, further enhancing its global presence.

"We are proud to bring Krish, Trish, and Baltiboy to the world in a way never done before in Indian content," said Munjal Shroff, the creator of the series. "This cross-platform promotion is a first-of-its-kind strategy that will connect with audiences across generations and geographies, giving them multiple entry points to engage with the series. It's about making the stories of our unsung heroes accessible and inspiring on every platform possible." Shroff added.

Innovative Storytelling Techniques

Tilak Shetty, Co-Creator and Director at Graphiti Studios, shared his thoughts: "This initiative reflects our commitment to creating a series that resonates globally while staying true to its roots. The radio series and podcast provide an innovative way to build excitement for the animated episodes, ensuring that audiences on all platforms can experience the magic of Krish, Trish, and Baltiboy together. It's about breaking new boundaries for Indian animation and telling our history in ways that have never been done before."
