Meanwhile, Jitendra Kumar has received praise for his portrayal of Jeetu Bhaiya. In an interview with ETimes, he was asked if any student had approached him with a physics problem in real life. Jitendra responded that while no student has come up with a physics problem, they do seek his advice on life issues. "I get really long text messages, so I have to explain to them that I'm just an actor and not a teacher," he said. He considers this a huge compliment as it shows his performance has made a significant impact on the audience.
