Kota Factory is shot in black and white. According to IMDb, the black and white colour scheme depicts the "colourless, boring, depressing" aspect of students' lives in Kota. The inspiration for this theme is taken from the Hollywood movie Schindler's List.
Did you know that Jitendra Kumar, who portrays Jeetu Bhaiya, an IIT mentor and passout, is also an IITian? He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur.

Ranjan Raj, who plays Balmukund Meena in the series, is also an ex-IITian.
Kota Factory uses names of various classes like Prodigy and Maheshwari in its storyline. However, there are no such classes by these names in Kota. The show gives credit to Bansal classes at the end of every episode.
Revathi Pillai, who plays Vartika in the series, was in her twelfth standard while acting in Kota Factory.
Where Can I Watch Kota Factory Season 3?
Kota Factory Season 3 will be available to stream on Netflix from June 20, 2024 onwards. Since the previous seasons had five episodes each, Season 3 is also expected to follow the same pattern. All episodes are expected to release simultaneously on Thursday.
