She stated, "I met Akshay and Aadil exactly one month ago (before finalising them) and somehow when you meet people you know they fit the character. For the female lead, we audition several women. It is a pivotal character and we had almost almost locked in someone then Ashnoor ka audition aaya mere paas. Mujhe pehle wali ko haath jod ke sorry bolna pada because Ashnoor ka audition bahut acha tha. So finding the right lead is a big big task."
