It's a very hardcore and gruesome action film which I believe has a very limited target audience and that is why they are releasing the film in a very limited scale in limited cities and limited screens around 800-1000 screens. I believe it is not a family film, it's for hardcore action buff audience. I would be happy if Kill opens around Rs 1-2 crores mark. If it reaches that level, it will be great for this film to start with."

Lakshya expressed his feelings about the release to Filmfare: "I am nervous, for sure. Now I am more nervous because the release is very close. It's like getting your report card and seeing if you got A, B, or C. Although I have a lot of faith in the film, I am happy that I am feeling nervous about it because this is what I came for-my dream to be a movie guy."
