Khushi Bhardwaj Celebrates International Dog Day With Her Pet Coco

Actress Khushi Bhardwaj, known for her roles in series like 36 Days and Gyaarah Gyaarah, and her appearance in Kangana Ranaut's Tiku Weds Sheru, shares a deep bond with her beloved Shih Tzu pup, Coco. As the world celebrates International Dog Day on August 26th, Khushi opens up about her life with Coco and the special place he holds in her heart.

Khushi also reflects on the bittersweet moments when she has to be away from Coco due to school or shooting commitments. "Whenever I am in school or shooting outside Mumbai, I miss him the most. When I come back home, Coco is the one who welcomes me first," she fondly notes.

To celebrate International Dog Day, Khushi has planned a fun-filled day at the beach, one of Coco's favourite spots. "We're planning to take him to the beach! He just loves to run on the sand, but he is still small, so we are always very attentive whenever we take him out," she says, highlighting her care and affection for her furry companion.

Khushi, who has always had a soft spot for animals, reveals how Coco has brought immense joy and positivity into her life since they brought him home on June 13th last year. "With Coco, it's never a dull moment. He's super energetic and full of positivity," she shares. "One valuable lesson I've learned from Coco is the joy of living in the moment and appreciating the simple pleasures in life."

On this special day, Khushi emphasizes the importance of responsible pet ownership. "One important message I want to convey on this International Dog Day is that one should take good care of their pets. Animals can't talk, but they are very emotional and converse with you in their own way. Whenever I see any incident of animal cruelty, it breaks my heart. There should be stricter laws against this."
